Listen to my story and career journey

I’ve always been fascinated by people’s stories. In Danish we have a word called “skabelsesberetning” which describes someone path to where they are now. In these stories you learn what shaped them and made them believe, act and think they way they do today. In some of my companies we’ve actively encouraged people to share their stories and found it gives a stronger bond among colleagues.
