Tine Thygesen joins special grant panel to help startups through COVID19

I’ve said yes to join Innovationsfondens panel giving grants to promising new danish companies accessed by Covid19.
⁣⁣
Lots of startups and new companies are in trouble because of COVID-19 and would other otherwise be forced to lay off technical and development staff that are critical to their growth. ⁣

The program is run by Innovationsfonden, who’ve been entrusted with 350 mio DKK for COVID19-related rescue packages for innovative companies. ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
The applications I’m involved with looking at are in a new emergency programme called Innobooster People, in which you can apply for salary compensation up to 30k/month pp for 12 months, for 1-3 employees. Typical help range from 250k to 1mio DKK. ⁣

Innobooster People has a budget of 175mio DKK and the application process is short and unbureaucratic.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
The target audience is promising startups and new companies with with lots of tech and development that show considerable potential. Because its a new program there’s lots of money left in the pot, so if this is your company I’d recommend to check it out. ⁣ ⁣

Grant program runs til end of 2020 but is based on first-come-first-served basis so may run out.
